Fred Cox started Classic Decorative Arts in 1989. He is an innovative master artisan trained in fine decorative arts and specializes in classical techniques in the european tradition. He has studied mural and trompe l'oeil techniques with some of the world's best including Pierre Finkelstein, Pascal Amblard, Michel Nadai, Nicola Vigini, Sean Crosby as well as the Finishing School and Atlanta College of Art. Fred is a member of IDAL, PDPA, and has participated in SALON- the international association of decorative painters. Fred's company has completed projects in both commercial and residential properties for high end designers, architects and builders. Fred's work has been seen over the years in many showhouse events including the 2010 Atlanta Symphony Showhouse in the prestigious Buckhead area of Atlanta. He has also produced custom finishes for several celebrity clients and is now offering custom works of art.
